For this reason, our International Sales Manager will
handle every aspect of your order, from quoting our best
export prices, to faxing proforma invoices, to contacting
freight forwarders for the best ship rates. We want to
make sure that your order gets the personal attention
it requires. Mistakes can be costly when magnified over
thousands of miles.
Our International Sales Manager is familiar with all
aspects of the manufacture and use of our equipment and
specializes in custom plankton nets. We even have an unusual
mix of bilingual technicians who will be happy to ease
the difficulty of communicating in English. Currently,
we can speak with you in the following languages: Spanish,
Ukrainian, Russian, Vietnamese and Lao.
It is impossible for us to reach all the researchers
who may be performing water sampling in different parts
of the world. For this reason, we actively seek out new
international dealers and gladly welcome new partners.
