Shipping guidelines:
Orders ship FOB Yulee, FL or factory at our discretion.

Ground shipping charges within the continental Unites Stated are a percentage of order total:
10% for orders $1.00 - $500.00 (minimum $7.95)
7% for orders $501.00 - $1,000.00
5% for orders $1,001.00 - $2,000.00
4% for orders over $2,001.00

Additional charges apply to oversize products and shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada.  Contact us for shipping quotes for all other areas including international and areas not regularly serviced by domestic carriers.

All online shipping calculations are considered estimates and may be altered as actual shipping charges are calculated at the time of order shipment.

Claims: Inspect packages within seven (7) days of receipt for any shipping damage. Report any such damage to the carrier and to Wildlife Supply Company®. Save all packaging material. In the event of any obvious damage to the outer container, note such damage when signing for the goods or refuse delivery of the goods. Do not throw out packing materials until you have checked contents. Small items may
be lost among packaging. Contact us for replacement of missing items within 7 days of receipt of goods.
